Susan Danker is a speech-language pathologist with 27 years of experience working with children with language and literacy disorders. She is a co-owner of The Reading & Language Learning Center and holds a master’s degree in Communications Science and Disorders from Radford University. She specializes in structured literacy, multisyllabic word reading, and morphology-based intervention for struggling readers. Susan is a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist and is licensed in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Indiana. She serves as Secretary of the International Dyslexia Association’s DC Branch. Susan co-created Sounds2Print™, RLLC’s IDA/CERI-accredited structured literacy program, and provides professional development and structured literacy training to educators and clinicians in public and private school settings. She has also presented continuing education for SpeechTherapyPD.com.
