You’re speaking my language!
Apply for mentorship now.

We’ve all had that client case that keeps us up into the wee hours...

Wondering if we made the right call.

Especially knowing that a misdiagnosis can impact that student for years—

Adding to their frustration, delaying their progress, and destroying their confidence.

(Not to mention our own in the process).

In that critical moment of decision, how can we feel more confident in our diagnoses and treatment plans and know that we are helping our clients thrive—instead of worrying, Did I miss something?

Contributing to the challenge is the fact that most of the industry takes a one-size-fits-all approach to identifying and treating dyslexia. But our experience has taught us that it’s often more complicated than that.

And few of us have the time and energy to add more courses, certifications, and degrees to an already long list of qualifications. (We know how far you’ve come, just to get here!)

And so, we second-guess ourselves.

And find ourselves lying awake, staring at the ceiling, going over assessment results in our heads—especially if the subsequent treatment plan doesn’t seem to be working.

What if there is a better way?

What if you don’t have to do it all by yourself?

Imagine if, during those very moments of anxiety and self-doubt, you had a coach, a mentor who knew your business intimately and could provide high-level support.

Someone who knew your client’s case history as well as you did and could offer an expert perspective as a sounding board and trusted advisor.

What could that mean for your confidence, for your results, and for ultimately building and growing your business?

If you’re here, it means you already provide the best treatment you can with the information you’ve been given. And, you want to do even BETTER.

Because you care deeply about your student’s success. And because you’ve seen how an early, accurate diagnosis, leading to the right comprehensive treatment plan, changes lives.

Now, the opportunity to get the comprehensive guidance and support you need is here.

I am IN!

About your mentors, Carla and Susan

We founded The Reading & Language Learning Center (RLLC) in 2002 to treat dyslexia and language deficits.

For years, we saw students struggle with one-size-fits-all solutions that didn’t work for them, going from therapist to therapist or toiling for years without seeing results.

We realized that this was an industry-wide issue: most SLP’s never received the full suite of tools needed to diagnose the client as a whole, making it less likely that treatment will be effective... And ultimately, frustrating everyone involved.

This experience led us to develop our proprietary Structured Literacy method, Sounds2Print. This multisensory approach is different from most because it comprehensively assesses the child first, then determines a treatment plan tailored to them (versus fitting the child to a preexisting program).

Soon, their clients had results like Tommy’s:

When Tommy first became a client, he couldn’t read a sentence

Often, it appears to the child that the words are swimming around on the page, so it’s hard for them to see the words in order. At RLLC, we play a lot of fun games to teach children methods to handle this challenge.

One day, we heard the magic words from his therapist: “Tommy can read!”

Tommy had proudly read his first sentence ever in our office.

Therapist and Educators

Since its inception, RLLC has grown to 3 locations, a team of 14 therapists, and has helped thousands of children learn how to read and write despite their challenges.

That is the power of dyslexia diagnosis and treatment done right. And now, you can access the same expert guidance behind RLLC’s growth and success.

If this sounds exactly like what you need next in your practice, let’s talk. Apply today.

What SLPs are saying about our work

I was really impressed with Carla and Susan's breadth of knowledge about dyslexia. [The Challenge] was a well-organized and interactive presentation that refreshed and expanded my knowledge about dyslexia. I am so grateful that they share their knowledge with other SLPs. I look forward to growing my confidence in diagnosing and treating dyslexia in future courses with RLLC. Thank you!

—Alison

Sounds2Print is like nothing else I've come across in my years of practice. The program is valuable in itself, and the fact that we have SLP's teaching makes it extremely valuable... It WORKS. The program is easy to tailor, and you can modify it to adjust to the needs of each client. I had one client who went from not being able to segment and blend simple syllables to reading at grade level within a year.

—Nada

I've seen how this program works so well for so many kids. Kids are more likely to see their progress and get excited about how far they’ve come. I think back to students I've had in the past that had dyslexia, and I wish I could have done this program with them.

—Denae

The best part about treating literacy for me is seeing the change in confidence!

—Gaby

It's a great program! I love that it is customizable to each client & I've seen many clients benefit. So great for clients with dyslexia, ADHD, or any phonemic awareness goals

—Sara

Regarding client testimonials,

there have been many over the years, but we wanted to share this special one:

Thank you so much for the work you're doing with Carrie.  She tells me how fun her lessons are with you both, and she really is enjoying it

The other day, she could NOT stop talking about all the different things she was learning.  And, the biggest compliment of all… She says that she wants to do what you two do when she grows up.

She says she wants to be a teacher and help kids learn. This is the first time she has ever said something different, which is a huge kudos to you all.

I asked if she was learning better the way you all were teaching her, compared to when she was in school, and she said yes.”

That is the power and satisfaction that comes from effectively knowing how to diagnose and treat dyslexia.

Ultimately, mentorship is about more than knowledge or tools. It’s about transforming your practice, your business, and your clients’ lives… forever.

Choose mentorship because it is an investment in YOU: your results, potential income, and power to do good for others.

You might be asking, How is this different from a course or training?

This is NOT a course. It is not even coaching.

As you probably know, a mentor is a person who has been there, done that

They have achieved the results you want, and they can guide you with a level of impact that no online course can do.

When you hire a mentor, you are investing in a springboard to the results you want. A flashlight in the darkness of self-doubt, indecision, and overwhelm. You accelerate your results.

Now the question is:

Are you ready?

Or will you let this opportunity pass and always wonder if it was for you?

If this program speaks to you, apply. And let’s talk. (We won’t pressure or hard-sell you, promise. That is so not our style.)

And if you’re concerned about the investment, you can let that go too. We offer payment plans, AND you’ll quickly recoup the investment with a client or two.

All we want to do is listen to your story, know what you care about, and see if our mentorship can add value to that.

Say yes to your dreams, to your deep care for your students, and to become the best (and most successful!) speech-language pathologist you can be.

Join today at the investment of $6,000 for 6 months
