Sue earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College.  She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in 1995 and has worked in private practice for over twenty years. She also worked with the Fairfax County Public School System right after earning her Masters degree. Sue was the Director at the Speech and Language Center of Northern Virginia and co-directed the inclusive preschool program there.  She has loved working with children of all ages to become better communicators. She is excited to integrate literacy into her therapy sessions.

 

Sue has two sons in college, one at the University of Tennessee and the other at James Madison University. She and her husband love watching UTK and JMU sports, especially basketball. She enjoys walking, hiking, reading, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and watching a variety of shows and sports.
