Karishma holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Irvine. She has been treating children with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders and expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs since 2016 as well as working which children exhibiting attention deficit disorders and social-emotional needs.
She is fully licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She also holds a certification as a Structured Literacy Teacher from The Center For Effective Reading Instruction.
